Delivery Policy

Shipping cost is a flat fee of $5.00 for standard delivery (5-7 days). The shipping cost is displayed separately to the product cost. 

• Orders received after 14:00 will be dispatched the following day (Monday-Thursday).
• Orders received Monday – Thursday will be dispatched next day.
• Orders received Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

For returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If it is a case of damaged/faulty goods, we will not ask you to return the parcel, we will replace the product for no additional cost instead. In the case of damaged/faulty stock please contact us immediately at shopus@gunnadrinks.com
